The Ulten Valley is a very traditional valley near the famous spa town of Merano. The valley is situated in the western part of South Tyrol and has an extraordinary intact nature with fantastic meadows, mountain lakes and fairytale forests.

Inspired by nature, we create new ideas for our liqueurs and distillates. In our home village, the Ulten Valley, we find healthy products everywhere, which we use in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way.

For us, the conscious handling of nature, flora and fauna is very essential. We work according to this principle every day and thus develop our new products.
